si quiero explorar

02:06
I can actuallyactualmente connectconectar him from any other iOSiOS devicedispositivo.
39

lo puedo conectar

02:09
So here'saquí está the iPadiPad.

Aquí está el iPad.
02:10
And RomoRomo will actuallyactualmente streamcorriente videovídeo to this devicedispositivo.
41
118952

Y Romo puede de verdad
compartir video a este aparato.
02:13
So I can see everything that RomoRomo seesve,
42
121693
1633
Así puedo ver lo que Romo ve,
02:15
and I get a robot's-eye-viewvista de robot of the worldmundo.

we could literallyliteralmente right now sharecompartir controlcontrolar of the robotrobot and playjugar gamesjuegos togetherjuntos.
46

podemos en efecto compartir ya

02:24
So I'll showespectáculo you really quicklycon rapidez,

Les mostraré rápidamente,
02:25
RomoRomo actuallyactualmente -- he's streamingtransmisión videovídeo,
48
133925
1846
Romo de verdad
comparte el video,
02:27
so you can see me and the entiretodo TEDTED audienceaudiencia.
49
135771

así que pueden verme y a
toda la audiencia de TED.
02:29
If I get in frontfrente of RomoRomo here.
50
137961
1532
Si me pongo en
frente de Romo aquí.
02:31
And if I want to controlcontrolar him, I can just drivemanejar.
51
139493
3041
Y si quiero controlarlo,
puedo simplemente manejar.
02:34
So I can drivemanejar him around,
52
142534
4452
Puedo conducirlo alrededor,
02:38
and I can take picturesimágenes of you.
53
146986

y tomar una foto de Uds.
02:40
I've always wanted a pictureimagen of a 1,500-person-persona TEDTED audienceaudiencia.
54
148912
2405
Siempre quise una foto de la audiencia
de 1500 personas de TED.
02:43
So I'll snapchasquido a pictureimagen.
55
151317
1502
Así que la tomaré.
02:44
And in the samemismo way that you scrollvoluta throughmediante contentcontenido on an iPadiPad,
56
152819
2560
Y de la misma forma en que Uds.
pasan el contenido en un iPad,
02:47
I can actuallyactualmente adjustajustar the angleángulo of the cameracámara on the devicedispositivo.
57
155379
3590
yo puedo ajustar el ángulo
de la cámara del aparato.
02:50
So there are all of you throughmediante Romo'sRomo eyesojos.
58
158969
4731
Aquí están todos Uds. a
través de los ojos de Romo.
02:55
And finallyfinalmente, because RomoRomo is an extensionextensión of me,
59
163700
3086
Y finalmente, como Romo
es una extensión de mí,
02:58
I can expressexprimir myselfmí mismo throughmediante his emotionsemociones.
60
166786
2018
puedo expresarme a
través de sus emociones.
03:00
So I can go in and I can say let's make RomoRomo excitedemocionado.
61
168804
5266
Así que puedo adentrarme y
decirle que esté entusiasmado.
03:06
But the mostmás importantimportante thing about RomoRomo
62
174070
1383
Pero la cosa más
importante sobre Romo
03:07
is that we wanted to createcrear something that was literallyliteralmente completelycompletamente intuitiveintuitivo.
63
175453
5090
es que queríamos crear algo
que fuera completamente intuitivo.
03:12
You do not have to teachenseñar someonealguien how to drivemanejar RomoRomo.
64
180543
2584
No quieres enseñarle a
nadie como dirigir a Romo.
03:15
In facthecho, who would like to drivemanejar a robotrobot?
65
183127
2968
De hecho, ¿quién quiere
dirigir el robot?
03:18
Okay. AwesomeIncreíble.
66
186095
2532
Bien. Sorprendente.
03:20
Here you go.
67
188627
1634
Aquí tienes.
03:22
Thank you, ScottScott.
68
190261
2854
Gracias, Scott.
03:25
And even coolerenfriador, you actuallyactualmente don't have to be
69
193115
2754
Y aún mejor, no tienes
que en realidad estar
03:27
in the samemismo geographicgeográfico locationubicación as the robotrobot to controlcontrolar him.
70
195869
4407
en el mismo lugar geográfico
que el robot para controlarlo.
03:32
So he actuallyactualmente streamsarroyos two-waybidireccional audioaudio and videovídeo
71
200276
3285
Él realmente comparte audio
y video en las dos direcciones
03:35
betweenEntre any two smartinteligente devicesdispositivos.
72
203561
1641
entre cualquiera de los
dos aparatos inteligentes.
03:37
So you can logIniciar sesión in throughmediante the browsernavegador,
73
205202

Así que pueden
entrar en el explorador,
03:39
and it's kindtipo of like SkypeSkype on wheelsruedas.
74
207010

y es como

03:40
So we were talkinghablando before about telepresencetelepresencia,

04:31
You do not have to know how to codecódigo to createcrear a behaviorcomportamiento for RomoRomo.
92
259704
2781
No necesitan tener conocimiento de código

04:34
And you can actuallyactualmente simulatesimular that behaviorcomportamiento in the browsernavegador,
93
262485

Y pueden en realidad simular ese

04:37
whichcual is what you see RomoRomo doing on the left.
94

que es lo que ven que

04:39
And then if you have something you like,

04:40
you can downloaddescargar it ontosobre your robotrobot and executeejecutar it in realreal life,
