So we startediniziato examiningesaminando the R&D and innovationinnovazione labslaboratori

Quindi abbiamo iniziato con l'esaminare

i laboratori Ricerca e Sviluppo di Silicon Valley.
03:16
Well, interestinglyÈ interessante notare che, what you find there is,
59
181057

La cosa sorprendente era
03:18
usuallygeneralmente you are introducedintrodotto to the headcapo of the innovationinnovazione lablaboratorio
60
183071
2993
che quando ci veniva presentato il responsabile
03:21

and more oftenspesso than not, it's an IndianIndiano. (LaughterRisate)
62
188061
3963
si trattava spesso di gente dell'India. (Risate)
03:27
So I immediatelysubito said, "Well, but you could not have been

03:31
You mustdovere have gottenottenuto your educationeducazione here."
65

1956
Devi aver studiato qui".
03:33
It turnedtrasformato out, in everyogni singlesingolo casecaso,
66

Ma come volevasi dimostrare, in ogni occasione
03:37
they cameè venuto out of the IndianIndiano educationaleducativo systemsistema.
67
202004

avevano studiato proprio in India.
03:41
So we realizedrealizzato that maybe we had the wrongsbagliato questiondomanda,
68

Per cui, abbiamo iniziato a pensare

07:14
InterestinglyÈ interessante notare che, what he findsreperti is

Ciò che ha scoperto è interessante,
07:16
— and by the way, the way we look at the qualityqualità of a patentbrevetto
141
421094

07:19
is what we call forwardinoltrare citationsCitazioni: How manymolti timesvolte

è attraverso le citazioni ricevute, ovvero:

What we find is that the datadati saysdice

Ebbene, Phanish ha scoperto,

that the numbernumero of forwardinoltrare citationsCitazioni of a patentbrevetto filedArchiviato

So withinentro the companyazienda, there's no differencedifferenza in the forwardinoltrare

ci ritroveremo a dover risolvere

12:23
and the sinkingaffondamento skillabilità ladderscala is simplysemplicemente the pointpunto that
