何を手に入れる必要があるのか
in order to be happy?
a bunch of stuff comes up:

lots of travel, time, etc, etc, etc.

of, "Here's what I need to get
you can get, you can un-get.

Vast wealth can disappear tomorrow.

have discovered this already.
that can make you happy
幸せになれたとしても
あなたはどうなりますか?
to suggest to you.
that you have to get, do or be
何かを入手したり
何かになったりする必要はないんです
幸せになるために入手すべきものや
do or be in order to be happy.

It is part of your DNA.

I speak in, such as top business schools,

on how to find a job,
how to pick a restaurant to eat at,

to go to ... dozens of them.
that we have mental models.
知らないことなのです
that we have mental models.
まわっているのだと思えてきます
is the way the world works.
ただのメンタルモデルです
メンタルモデルがあります
that we buy into so strongly
so we can do something
何かを手にいらなければいけない
so we can travel to exotic places
幸せになるために
幸せになるためには
so we can have great sex
of the if-then model.
メンタルモデルが元になっています
といった考えのことで
if I were to get more money,
もしもっと稼げたら
if only my wife would leave me --
もし妻がいなくなったら
and go to college ...
大学へ行ってくれたなら など
that's different
ということです
that you are focusing on?
and where you were 10 years ago
たったひとつ
that you were focusing on?
ということです
10 years ago you now have.
問題があることに気付きません
is the model itself is flawed.
"If this happens I will be happy" --
that it is the model itself that's flawed,
enormous amounts of time
CEO it would help,
気付きました
that I want to become a CEO.

not what you put on the "if" side
間違っているのであり
