i naučimo poneku lekciju iz toga.
00:26
First, of coursekurs you know, a leaderlider needspotrebe the gutshrabrosti
4
11000
2000
00:28
to standštand out and be ridiculedismijavali.
5
13000
3000
da bi se isticao i izlagao ismijavanju.
00:32
But what he's doing is so easylako to followpratiti.
6
17000
2000
00:34
So here'sevo his first followersljedbenik with a crucialodlučujuče roleuloga;
7
19000
3000
Prilazi njegov prvi sljedbenik čija je uloga presudna.
00:37
he's going to showshow everyonesvi elsedrugo how to followpratiti.
8
22000
2000
On će pokazati svima drugima kako da slijede.
00:39
Now, noticebiljeska that the leaderlider embracesprihvata him as an equaljednak.
9
24000
2000
Sada primjećujemo kako ga predvodnik prihvata kao ravnopravnog.
00:41
So, now it's not about the leaderlider anymoreviše;
10
26000
2000
Dakle, tu sada više nije riječ samo o predvodniku;
00:43
it's about them, pluralmnožina.
11
28000
2000
sada je već riječ o njima, množina.
00:45
Now, there he is callingpozivanjem to his friendsprijatelji.
12
30000
2000
Sada, on priziva svoje prijatelje.
00:47
Now, if you noticebiljeska that the first followersljedbenik
13
32000
2000
Već možete primjetiti da je prvi sljedbenik
00:49
is actuallyzapravo an underestimatedpodcijenio formobrazac of leadershipliderstvo in itselfsam.
14
34000
4000
00:53
It takes gutshrabrosti to standštand out like that.
15
38000
2000
00:55
The first followersljedbenik is what transformstransformiše
16
40000
3000
Prvi sljedbenik je ono što preobražava
00:58
a lonelone nutorah into a leaderlider.
17
43000
2000
usamljenog blesavka u predvodnika.
01:00
(LaughterSmijeh)
18
45000
2000
(Smijeh)
01:02
(ApplausePljesak)
19
47000
3000
(Aplauz)
01:05
And here comesdolazi a secondsekunda followersljedbenik.
20
50000
2000
I evo već pristiže i drugi sljedbenik.
01:07
Now it's not a lonelone nutorah, it's not two nutsorasi --
21
52000
2000
Sada to više nije usamljeni blesavko, niti su dva blesavka,
01:09
threetri is a crowdgomilu, and a crowdgomilu is newsvijesti.
22
54000
3000
tri čovjeka čine grupu, a grupa ljudi pobuđuje interes.
01:12
So a movementpokret mustmora be publicjavno.
23
57000
2000
Pokret dakle mora biti u javnosti.
01:14
It's importantbitan to showshow not just to showshow the leaderlider, but the followerssljedbenici,
24
59000
3000
01:17
because you find that newnovo followerssljedbenici
25
62000
2000
zato što spoznajemo da novi sljedbenici
01:19
emulatenatjecati se the followerssljedbenici, not the leaderlider.
26
64000
3000
oponašaju postojeće sljedbenike, a ne predvodnika.
01:22
Now, here come two more people, and immediatelyodmah after,
27
67000
2000
Sada pristiže još dvoje ljudi, a ubrzo nakon njih,
01:24
threetri more people.
28
69000
2000
još troje ljudi.
01:26
Now we'vemi smo got momentummomentum. This is the tippingpreklapanje pointtačka.
29
71000
2000
Sada imamo inerciju. Ovdje je prekretnica.
01:28
Now we'vemi smo got a movementpokret.
30
73000
3000
Tu već imamo pokret.
01:32
So, noticebiljeska that, as more people joinpridruži se in,
31
77000
2000
Primjetićete da, sa povećanjem broja ljudi
01:34
it's lessmanje riskyrizično.
32
79000
2000
pristupanje postaje sve manje rizično.
01:36
So those that were sittingsedenje on the fenceOgrada before, now have no reasonrazlog not to.
33
81000
3000
01:39
They won'tneće standštand out,
34
84000
2000
jer se neće isticati.
01:41
they won'tneće be ridiculedismijavali,
35
86000
2000
Neće biti ismijavani.
01:43
but they will be partdeo of the in-crowdu gužvi if they hurrypožuri.
36
88000
2000
01:45
(LaughterSmijeh)
37
90000
3000
(Smijeh)
01:48
So, over the nextsledeći minuteminut,
38
93000
2000
A tokom slijedeće minute,
01:50
you'llti ćeš see all of those that preferpreferiraju to stickštap with the crowdgomilu
39
95000
2000
01:52
because eventuallyna kraju they would be ridiculedismijavali
40
97000
2000
jer će s vremenom oni postati predmet ismijavanja
01:54
for not joiningpridruži se in.
41
99000
2000
ukoliko se ne pridruže,
01:56
And that's how you make a movementpokret.
42
101000
2000
i eto tako se osniva pokret.
01:58
But let's recaprekapitulacija some lessonslekcije from this.
43
103000
2000
Ali rezimirajmo neke lekcije iz ovoga.
02:00
So first, if you are the typetip,
44
105000
3000
Kao prvo, ukoliko ste tip osobe
02:03
like the shirtlessbez majice dancingplesanja guy that is standingstojeći alonesam,
45
108000
3000
poput rasplesanog momka bez majice koji stoji sam,
02:06
rememberzapamtite the importancevažnost of nurturingnegovanje
46
111000
2000
upamtite koliko je značajno prigrliti
02:08
your first fewnekoliko followerssljedbenici as equalsjednako
47
113000
2000
vaše prve sljedbenike kao ravnopravne
02:10
so it's clearlyjasno about the movementpokret, not you.
48
115000
3000
02:13
Okay, but we mightMožda have missedpropustio the realstvarno lessonlekciju here.
49
118000
3000
02:16
The biggestnajveći lessonlekciju, if you noticedprimetio --
50
121000
2000
Najvažnija lekcija, ukoliko ste primjetili --
02:18
did you catchuhvatiti it? -- is that leadershipliderstvo
51
123000
2000
02:20
is over-glorifiedpretjerano Proslavljen.
52
125000
2000
pridaje i previše značaja.
02:22
That, yes, it was the shirtlessbez majice guy who was first,
53
127000
2000
02:24
and he'llon će get all the creditkredit,
54
129000
2000
i on zaslužuje sve zasluge,
02:26
but it was really the first followersljedbenik
55
131000
2000
ali je u stvari prvi sljedbenik
02:28
that transformedtransformisano the lonelone nutorah into a leaderlider.
56
133000
3000
02:31
So, as we're told that we should all be leaderslideri,
57
136000
2000
02:33
that would be really ineffectiveneučinkovit.
58
138000
2000
02:35
If you really carenegu about startingpočinjati a movementpokret,
59
140000
2000
02:37
have the couragehrabrost to followpratiti
60
142000
2000
imajte hrabrosti i da slijedite
02:39
and showshow othersdrugi how to followpratiti.
61
144000
2000
i pokažete ostalima kako da slijede.
02:41
And when you find a lonelone nutorah doing something great,
62
146000
2000
02:43
have the gutshrabrosti to be the first one
63
148000
2000
odvažite se i budite među prvima
02:45
to standštand up and joinpridruži se in.
64
150000
2000
koji će ustati i pridružiti se.
02:47
And what a perfectsavršeno placemesto to do that, at TEDTED.
65
152000
2000
02:49
ThanksHvala.
66
154000
2000
Zahvaljujem
