2000
Daamid ja härrad,
00:17
we talk a lot about leadershipjuhtimine and how to make a movementliikumine.
1
2000
3000
TEDis me räägime palju juhtimisest ja liikumiste algatamisest.
00:20
So let's watch a movementliikumine happenjuhtuda, startalusta to finishlõpetama, in underalla threekolm minutesminutit
2
5000
3000
Vaatame, kuidas käib ühe liikumise sünd vähem kui 3 minuti jooksul,
00:23
and dissectlahkama some lessonsõppetunnid from it.
3
8000
3000
ja tuletame sellest mõned õppetunnid.
00:26
First, of coursemuidugi you know, a leaderliider needsvajadustele the gutssoolestikud
4
11000
2000
Esiteks, nagu te muidugi teate, on liidril vaja julgust,
00:28
to standseisma out and be ridiculedteleekraanil.
5
13000
3000
et silma paista ja ennast naeruväärseks teha.
00:32
But what he's doing is so easylihtne to followjärgige.
6
17000
2000
Aga seda, mida ta teeb, on lihtne järele teha.
00:34
So here'ssiin on his first followerjärgija with a crucialoluline rolerolli;
7
19000
3000
Siin ongi tema esimene järgija, kellel on otsustav roll.
00:37
he's going to shownäidata everyonekõik elsemuidu how to followjärgige.
8
22000
2000
Ta näitab kõigile teistele, kuidas järgida.
00:39
Now, noticeteate that the leaderliider embraceskaasab him as an equalvõrdsed.
9
24000
2000
Nüüd pange tähele, liider võtab ta omaks kui võrdse.
00:41
So, now it's not about the leaderliider anymoreenam;
10
26000
2000
Enam pole asi liidris,
00:43
it's about them, pluralmitmuse.
11
28000
2000
asi on neis, mitmuses.
00:45
Now, there he is callingkutsudes to his friendssõbrad.
12
30000
2000
Nüüd kutsub ta oma sõpru.
00:47
Now, if you noticeteate that the first followerjärgija
13
32000
2000
Kui märkate, siis esimene järgija
00:49
is actuallytegelikult an underestimatedalahinnatud formvormis of leadershipjuhtimine in itselfise.
14
34000
4000
on tegelikult ka omamoodi liider, kelle rolli sageli alahinnatakse.
00:53
It takes gutssoolestikud to standseisma out like that.
15
38000
2000
Niimoodi esileastumiseks on vaja palju julgust.
00:55
The first followerjärgija is what transformsmuudab
16
40000
3000
Esimene järgija on see, kelle tõttu
00:58
a loneüksi nutpähkel into a leaderliider.
17
43000
2000
üksikust hullumeelsest saab liider.
01:00
(LaughterNaer)
18
45000
2000
(Naer)
01:02
(ApplauseAplaus)
19
47000
3000
(Aplaus)
01:05
And here comestuleb a secondteine followerjärgija.
20
50000
2000
Ja siit tuleb teine järgija.
01:07
Now it's not a loneüksi nutpähkel, it's not two nutspähklid --
21
52000
2000
Nüüd ei ole see enam üksik hullumeelne ega kaks hullumeelset,
01:09
threekolm is a crowdrahvahulk, and a crowdrahvahulk is newsuudised.
22
54000
3000
kolm on seltskond ja seltskond on uudis.
01:12
So a movementliikumine mustpeab be publicavalik.
23
57000
2000
Niisiis, liikumine peab olema avalik.
01:14
It's importantoluline to shownäidata not just to shownäidata the leaderliider, but the followersjärgijaid,
24
59000
3000
Lisaks liidrile on tähtis näidata ka järgijaid,
01:17
because you find that newuus followersjärgijaid
25
62000
2000
sest nagu näete, uued järgijad
01:19
emulatejäljendada the followersjärgijaid, not the leaderliider.
26
64000
3000
imiteerivad järgijaid, mitte liidrit.
01:22
Now, here come two more people, and immediatelykohe after,
27
67000
2000
Nüüd tuleb veel kaks inimest ja kohe nende järel
01:24
threekolm more people.
28
69000
2000
veel kolm.
01:26
Now we'veme oleme got momentumhoogu. This is the tippingkallutamine pointpunkt.
29
71000
2000
Nüüd on saavutatud kriitiline mass ja see on pöördepunkt.
01:28
Now we'veme oleme got a movementliikumine.
30
73000
3000
Nüüd on see juba liikumine.
01:32
So, noticeteate that, as more people joinliitu in,
31
77000
2000
Pange tähele, mida rohkem inimesi liitub,
01:34
it's lessvähem riskyriskantne.
32
79000
2000
seda vähem riskantseks see muutub.
01:36
So those that were sittingistudes on the fencetara before, now have no reasonpõhjus not to.
33
81000
3000
Neil, kes enne kõhklesid, pole enam mingit põhjust mitte liituda.
01:39
They won'tei ole standseisma out,
34
84000
2000
Nad ei torka silma.
01:41
they won'tei ole be ridiculedteleekraanil,
35
86000
2000
Nad ei tee end lolliks.
01:43
but they will be partosaliselt of the in-crowdrahvas if they hurrykiirusta.
36
88000
2000
Aga kui nad kiirustavad, saavad ka nendest insaiderid.
01:45
(LaughterNaer)
37
90000
3000
(Naer)
01:48
So, over the nextjärgmine minuteminut,
38
93000
2000
Järgmise minuti jooksul näete,
01:50
you'llsa saad see all of those that prefereelistavad to stickkleepige with the crowdrahvahulk
39
95000
2000
kuidas kõik eelistavad rahvasummaga liituda,
01:52
because eventuallylõpuks they would be ridiculedteleekraanil
40
97000
2000
sest lõpuks naeruvääristataks neid,
01:54
for not joiningliitumine in.
41
99000
2000
kes ei ühinenud,
01:56
And that's how you make a movementliikumine.
42
101000
2000
ja nii algatataksegi uus liikumine.
01:58
But let's recapSulgege some lessonsõppetunnid from this.
43
103000
2000
Teeme sellest siis õpetliku kokkuvõtte.
02:00
So first, if you are the typetüüp,
44
105000
3000
Esiteks, kui te olete selline,
02:03
like the shirtlessshirtless dancingtantsimine guy that is standingseisab aloneüksi,
45
108000
3000
nagu see särgita tantsiv üksik noormees,
02:06
remembermäleta the importancetähtsus of nurturingkasvatamine
46
111000
2000
pidage meeles, kui tähtis on esimesed järgijad
02:08
your first fewvähe followersjärgijaid as equalsvõrdub
47
113000
2000
võrdsetena oma tiiva alla võtta,
02:10
so it's clearlyselgelt about the movementliikumine, not you.
48
115000
3000
näidates, et tähtis on liikumine, mitte sinu isiksus.
02:13
Okay, but we mightvõib-olla have missedvastamata the realreaalne lessonõppetund here.
49
118000
3000
Okei, aga tõeline õppetund võis meil märkamata jääda.
02:16
The biggestsuurim lessonõppetund, if you noticedmärkasin --
50
121000
2000
Suurim õppetund, kui juba taipasite,
02:18
did you catchsaak it? -- is that leadershipjuhtimine
51
123000
2000
on see, et liidriks olemine
02:20
is over-glorifiedüle ülistatud.
52
125000
2000
on ületähtsustatud.
02:22
That, yes, it was the shirtlessshirtless guy who was first,
53
127000
2000
Jah, särgita kutt oli esimene
02:24
and he'llta läheb get all the creditkrediit,
54
129000
2000
ja tema saab kogu au endale,
02:26
but it was really the first followerjärgija
55
131000
2000
aga tegelikult oli see esimene järgija,
02:28
that transformedmuundatud the loneüksi nutpähkel into a leaderliider.
56
133000
3000
kes muutis üksiku hullumeelse liidriks.
02:31
So, as we're told that we should all be leadersjuhid,
57
136000
2000
Nii et kui meile öeldakse, et me kõik peaks liidrid olema,
02:33
that would be really ineffectiveebaefektiivne.
58
138000
2000
siis oleks see väga ebaefektiivne.
02:35
If you really carehooli about startingalustades a movementliikumine,
59
140000
2000
Kui te tõesti tahate liikumist alustada,
02:37
have the couragejulgust to followjärgige
60
142000
2000
võtke julgus kokku ja järgige
02:39
and shownäidata othersteised how to followjärgige.
61
144000
2000
ja näidake teistele, kuidas järgida.
02:41
And when you find a loneüksi nutpähkel doing something great,
62
146000
2000
Ja kui te näete mõnd üksikut hullumeelset midagi suurepärast tegemas,
02:43
have the gutssoolestikud to be the first one
63
148000
2000
olge piisavalt vapper, et olla esimene,
02:45
to standseisma up and joinliitu in.
64
150000
2000
kes püsti tõuseb ja temaga liitub.
02:47
And what a perfecttäiuslik placekoht to do that, at TEDTED.
65
152000
2000
Ja suurepärane koht selle tegemiseks on TED.
02:49
ThanksTänud.
66

Aitäh.
