2000
Mga binibini at ginoo, sa TED
00:17
we talk a lot about leadershippamumuno and how to make a movementkilusang.
1
2000
3000
00:20
So let's watch a movementkilusang happenmangyari, startsimulan ang to finishtapusin ang, in undersa ilalim ng threetatlo minutesminuto
2
5000
3000
00:23
and dissectkatayin some lessonsmga aralin from it.
3
8000
3000
at usisain natin ang ilang leksiyon mula dito.
00:26
First, of coursekurso you know, a leaderpinuno needsmga pangangailangan the gutsbayag
4
11000
2000
00:28
to standtumayo out and be ridiculedbinatikos.
5
13000
3000
upang manindigan kahit na pinagtatawanan.
00:32
But what he's doing is so easymadaling to followsundin.
6
17000
2000
Ngunit yun ang madaling bahagi.
00:34
So here'sNarito ang his first followeralagad with a crucialmahalaga rolepapel na ginagampanan;
7
19000
3000
00:37
he's going to showipakita ang everyonelahat ng tao elseiba pa how to followsundin.
8
22000
2000
Ipapakita niya sa lahat kung paano sumunod.
00:39
Now, noticePansinin ang that the leaderpinuno embracessakop him as an equalkatumbas ng.
9
24000
2000
00:41
So, now it's not about the leaderpinuno anymorekahit kailan;
10
26000
2000
Hindi na ito tungkol sa lider ngayon;
00:43
it's about them, pluralpangmaramihan.
11
28000
2000
tungkol na ito sa kanila, sa maramihan.
00:45
Now, there he is callingpagtawag sa to his friendsmga kaibigan.
12
30000
2000
Tinatawag pa niya ang mga kaibigan niya.
00:47
Now, if you noticePansinin ang that the first followeralagad
13
32000
2000
Mapapansing ang unang tagasunod
00:49
is actuallytalagang an underestimatedmaliitin formanyo of leadershippamumuno in itselfmismo.
14
34000
4000
ay paraan din ng pagiging lider.
00:53
It takes gutsbayag to standtumayo out like that.
15
38000
2000
Kakaibang tapang ang kailangan.
00:55
The first followeralagad is what transformsbinabago
16
40000
3000
Binabago ng unang tagasunod ang imahe
00:58
a lonenag-iisa nutkulay ng nuwes into a leaderpinuno.
17
43000
2000
ng isang loko-loko tungo sa pagiging lider.
01:00
(LaughterTawanan)
18
45000
2000
(Tawanan)
01:02
(ApplausePalakpakan)
19
47000
3000
(Palakpakan)
01:05
And here comesay nagmumula a secondIkalawang followeralagad.
20
50000
2000
Heto naman ang pangalawang tagasunod.
01:07
Now it's not a lonenag-iisa nutkulay ng nuwes, it's not two nutsmani --
21
52000
2000
Hindi nalang isa, o dalawang loko-loko,
01:09
threetatlo is a crowdkaramihan ng tao, and a crowdkaramihan ng tao is newsbalita.
22
54000
3000
01:12
So a movementkilusang mustdapat be publicpampublikong.
23
57000
2000
01:14
It's importantmahalagang to showipakita ang not just to showipakita ang the leaderpinuno, but the followersmga tagasunod,
24
59000
3000
01:17
because you find that newbagong followersmga tagasunod
25
62000
2000
dahil tinutularan lang ng mga bagong tagasunod
01:19
emulatetularan the followersmga tagasunod, not the leaderpinuno.
26
64000
3000
ang mga naunang tagasunod, hindi ang lider.
01:22
Now, here come two more people, and immediatelyagad after,
27
67000
2000
Heto may dalawang paparating, at meron pang
01:24
threetatlo more people.
28
69000
2000
tatlong sumunod.
01:26
Now we'vematagal kami got momentummomentum. This is the tippingtipping pointpunto.
29
71000
2000
01:28
Now we'vematagal kami got a movementkilusang.
30
73000
3000
Ngayon mayroon na tayong kilusan.
01:32
So, noticePansinin ang that, as more people joinSumali in,
31
77000
2000
01:34
it's lessmas mababa riskypeligroso.
32
79000
2000
nababawasan ang peligro.
01:36
So those that were sittingnakaupo on the fencebakod before, now have no reasondahilan kung bakit not to.
33
81000
3000
01:39
They won'thindi standtumayo out,
34
84000
2000
Hindi sila mapapansin.
01:41
they won'thindi be ridiculedbinatikos,
35
86000
2000
Hindi sila mapagtatawanan.
01:43
but they will be partbahagi of the in-crowdsa-nakararami if they hurrymagmadali.
36
88000
2000
01:45
(LaughterTawanan)
37
90000
3000
(Tawanan)
01:48
So, over the nextsusunod minuteminuto,
38
93000
2000
Kaya, sa mga susunod na minuto,
01:50
you'llmakikita mo see all of those that prefermas gusto to stickpatpat with the crowdkaramihan ng tao
39
95000
2000
makikilala mo ang mga taong ayaw makiuso
01:52
because eventuallyKalaunan ay they would be ridiculedbinatikos
40
97000
2000
dahil sa bandang huli sila'y pagtatawanan
01:54
for not joiningpagsapi in.
41
99000
2000
kasi hindi sila sumali,
01:56
And that's how you make a movementkilusang.
42
101000
2000
01:58
But let's recaprecap some lessonsmga aralin from this.
43
103000
2000
02:00
So first, if you are the typeuri,
44
105000
3000
Una, kung gaya mo siya,
02:03
like the shirtlessshirtless dancingpagsasayaw guy that is standingnakatayo alonenag-iisa,
45
108000
3000
yung lalaking nakahubad na nagsasayaw mag-isa,
02:06
rememberAlalahanin the importancekahalagahan of nurturingpangangalaga sa
46
111000
2000
tandaan ang kahalagahan ng paghubog
02:08
your first fewilang followersmga tagasunod as equalskatumbas
47
113000
2000
ng mga naunang tagasunod bilang iyong kapantay
02:10
so it's clearlymalinaw about the movementkilusang, not you.
48
115000
3000
02:13
Okay, but we mightmaaaring have missednangulila the realtunay lessonAralin here.
49
118000
3000
Ngunit may mas isang leksiyon pa dito.
02:16
The biggestpinakamalaking lessonAralin, if you noticedNapansin --
50
121000
2000
Ang pinakamahalagang leksiyon dito, kung iyong napansin --
02:18
did you catchmahuli it? -- is that leadershippamumuno
51
123000
2000
kung nakuha mo agad -- masyadong mataas
02:20
is over-glorifiedsobrang niluwalhati.
52
125000
2000
ang tingin natin sa lider,
02:22
That, yes, it was the shirtlessshirtless guy who was first,
53
127000
2000
na, oo, nauna yung nakahubad kanina,
02:24
and he'llkukunin niya get all the creditcredit,
54
129000
2000
at makukuha niya ang lahat ng papuri,
02:26
but it was really the first followeralagad
55
131000
2000
ngunit ang naunang tagasunod
02:28
that transformedBinago ng the lonenag-iisa nutkulay ng nuwes into a leaderpinuno.
56
133000
3000
02:31
So, as we're told that we should all be leadersmga pinuno ng,
57
136000
2000
02:33
that would be really ineffectivehindi epektibo.
58
138000
2000
hindi tayo magiging epektibo.
02:35
If you really carepangangalaga about startingsimula a movementkilusang,
59
140000
2000
Kung talagang naniniwala ka sa isang kilusan,
02:37
have the couragelakas ng loob to followsundin
60
142000
2000
dapat may lakas ng loob tayong sumunod
02:39
and showipakita ang othersiba pa how to followsundin.
61
144000
2000
at ipakita sa iba kung paano sumunod.
02:41
And when you find a lonenag-iisa nutkulay ng nuwes doing something great,
62
146000
2000
02:43
have the gutsbayag to be the first one
63
148000
2000
huwag tayong matakot mauna
02:45
to standtumayo up and joinSumali in.
64
150000
2000
sa pagsunod at pagsali.
02:47
And what a perfectperpektong placelugar to do that, at TEDTED.
65
152000
2000
At walang ibang lugar upang gawin yun kundi dito, sa TED.
02:49
ThanksSalamat.
