3000
Ed estraiamone alcune lezioni.
00:26
First, of coursecorso you know, a leadercapo needsesigenze the gutsbudella
4
11000
2000
Primo, come ben sapete, un leader deve avere il fegato
00:28
to standstare in piedi out and be ridiculedridicolizzato.
5
13000
3000
00:32
But what he's doing is so easyfacile to followSeguire.
6
17000
2000
00:34
So here'secco his first followerseguace with a crucialcruciale roleruolo;
7
19000
3000
00:37
he's going to showmostrare everyonetutti elsealtro how to followSeguire.
8
22000
2000
00:39
Now, noticeAvviso that the leadercapo embracesabbracci him as an equalpari.
9
24000
2000
00:41
So, now it's not about the leadercapo anymorepiù;
10
26000
2000
Per cui ora non si tratta più del leader;
00:43
it's about them, pluralpl:.
11
28000
2000
si tratta di loro due, al plurale.
00:45
Now, there he is callingchiamata to his friendsamici.
12
30000
2000
Ed eccolo che chiama gli amici.
00:47
Now, if you noticeAvviso that the first followerseguace
13
32000
2000
00:49
is actuallyin realtà an underestimatedsottovalutato formmodulo of leadershipcomando in itselfsi.
14
34000
4000
00:53
It takes gutsbudella to standstare in piedi out like that.
15
38000
2000
00:55
The first followerseguace is what transformstrasforma
16
40000
3000
Il primo seguace è ciò che trasforma
00:58
a lonesolitario nutNoce into a leadercapo.
17
43000
2000
un matto isolato in un leader.
01:00
(LaughterRisate)
18
45000
2000
(Risate)
01:02
(ApplauseApplausi)
19
47000
3000
(Applausi)
01:05
And here comesviene a secondsecondo followerseguace.
20
50000
2000
Ed ecco che arriva il secondo seguace.
01:07
Now it's not a lonesolitario nutNoce, it's not two nutsnoccioline --
21
52000
2000
01:09
threetre is a crowdfolla, and a crowdfolla is newsnotizia.
22
54000
3000
tre costituiscono una folla, e una folla fa notizia.
01:12
So a movementmovimento mustdovere be publicpubblico.
23
57000
2000
Per cui un movimento deve essere pubblico.
01:14
It's importantimportante to showmostrare not just to showmostrare the leadercapo, but the followersseguaci,
24
59000
3000
01:17
because you find that newnuovo followersseguaci
25
62000
2000
perché vedete che i nuovi seguaci
01:19
emulateemulare the followersseguaci, not the leadercapo.
26
64000
3000
emulano i seguaci, non il leader.
01:22
Now, here come two more people, and immediatelysubito after,
27
67000
2000
01:24
threetre more people.
28
69000
2000
altri tre.
01:26
Now we'venoi abbiamo got momentumimpulso. This is the tippingcassone pointpunto.
29
71000
2000
Adesso ha preso slancio. Siamo al punto di svolta.
01:28
Now we'venoi abbiamo got a movementmovimento.
30
73000
3000
Ora abbiamo un movimento.
01:32
So, noticeAvviso that, as more people joinaderire in,
31
77000
2000
01:34
it's lessDi meno riskyrischioso.
32
79000
2000
è meno rischioso.
01:36
So those that were sittingseduta on the fencerecinto before, now have no reasonragionare not to.
33
81000
3000
01:39
They won'tnon lo farà standstare in piedi out,
34
84000
2000
Non si esporrà.
01:41
they won'tnon lo farà be ridiculedridicolizzato,
35
86000
2000
Non sarà preso in giro.
01:43
but they will be partparte of the in-crowdnella folla if they hurryfretta.
36
88000
2000
01:45
(LaughterRisate)
37
90000
3000
(Risate)
01:48
So, over the nextIl prossimo minuteminuto,
38
93000
2000
Ecco, nel prossimo minuto
01:50
you'llpotrai see all of those that preferpreferire to stickbastone with the crowdfolla
39
95000
2000
01:52
because eventuallyinfine they would be ridiculedridicolizzato
40
97000
2000
perché alla fine rischierebbero il ridicolo
01:54
for not joiningaccoppiamento in.
41
99000
2000
per non aver partecipato.
01:56
And that's how you make a movementmovimento.
42
101000
2000
01:58
But let's recapRecap some lessonsLezioni from this.
43
103000
2000
Ma ricapitoliamo alcune lezioni.
02:00
So first, if you are the typetipo,
44
105000
3000
Primo: se siete gente
02:03
like the shirtlesstorso nudo dancingdanza guy that is standingin piedi aloneda solo,
45
108000
3000
02:06
rememberricorda the importanceimportanza of nurturingnutrimento
46
111000
2000
ricordate l'importanza di coltivare
02:08
your first fewpochi followersseguaci as equalsequivale
47
113000
2000
i vostri primi seguaci come pari:
02:10
so it's clearlychiaramente about the movementmovimento, not you.
48
115000
3000
02:13
Okay, but we mightpotrebbe have missedperse the realvero lessonlezione here.
49
118000
3000
02:16
The biggestmaggiore lessonlezione, if you noticedsi accorse --
50
121000
2000
02:18
did you catchcatturare it? -- is that leadershipcomando
51
123000
2000
l'avete colta?... è che la leadership
02:20
is over-glorifiedover-glorificato.
52
125000
2000
è eccessivamente celebrata.
02:22
That, yes, it was the shirtlesstorso nudo guy who was first,
53
127000
2000
02:24
and he'llinferno get all the creditcredito,
54
129000
2000
e ha ottenuto tutto il merito,
02:26
but it was really the first followerseguace
55
131000
2000
02:28
that transformedtrasformato the lonesolitario nutNoce into a leadercapo.
56
133000
3000
02:31
So, as we're told that we should all be leaderscapi,
57
136000
2000
02:33
that would be really ineffectiveinefficace.
58
138000
2000
farlo sarebbe davvero inutile.
02:35
If you really carecura about startingdi partenza a movementmovimento,
59
140000
2000
Se vi interessa davvero cominciare un movimento,
02:37
have the couragecoraggio to followSeguire
60
142000
2000
abbiate il coraggio di seguire
02:39
and showmostrare othersaltri how to followSeguire.
61
144000
2000
e di mostrare agli altri come seguire.
02:41
And when you find a lonesolitario nutNoce doing something great,
62
146000
2000
02:43
have the gutsbudella to be the first one
63
148000
2000
abbiate il fegato di essere il primo
02:45
to standstare in piedi up and joinaderire in.
64
150000
2000
a uscire allo scoperto e unirsi a lui.
02:47
And what a perfectperfezionare placeposto to do that, at TEDTED.
65
152000
2000
02:49
