We're seeingרְאִיָה this in eventsאירועים like Mumbaiמומבאי recentlyלאחרונה,
43

3000
02:12
where it's so much easierקל יותר to reportלהגיש תלונה now
44
120000

02:16
There is so much informationמֵידָע; what do you do?
46
124000

02:18
This is the Twitterטוויטר reportsדיווחים for over threeשְׁלוֹשָׁה daysימים

02:23
How do you decideלְהַחלִיט what is importantחָשׁוּב?
49

02:25
What is the veracityאֲמִתוּת levelרָמָה of what you're looking at?
50
133000
3000
02:28
So what we find is that there is this
51
136000
2000
02:30
great dealעִסקָה of wastedמבוזבז crisisמַשׁבֵּר informationמֵידָע
52
138000
2000
02:32
because there is just too much informationמֵידָע for us to
53
140000
3000
02:35
actuallyלמעשה do anything with right now.
54
143000
3000
02:38
And what we're actuallyלמעשה really concernedמודאג with
55
146000
2000
02:40
is this first threeשְׁלוֹשָׁה hoursשעות.
56
148000
2000
02:42
What we are looking at is the first threeשְׁלוֹשָׁה hoursשעות.
57
150000
2000
02:44
How do we dealעִסקָה with that informationמֵידָע that is comingמגיע in?
58
152000
3000
02:47
You can't understandמבין what is actuallyלמעשה happeningמתרחש.
59
155000
2000
02:49
On the groundקרקע, אדמה and around the worldעוֹלָם
60
157000
2000
02:51
people are still curiousסקרן,
61
159000
2000
02:53
and tryingמנסה to figureדמות out what is going on. But they don't know.
62
161000
3000
02:56
So what we builtבנוי of courseקוּרס, Ushahidiאושידי,
63
164000
3000
02:59
is crowdsourcing- this informationמֵידָע.
64
167000
2000
03:01
You see this with Twitterטוויטר, too. You get this informationמֵידָע overloadלהעמיס יותר מדי.
65
169000
3000
03:04
So you've got a lot of informationמֵידָע. That's great.
66
172000
2000
03:06
But now what?
67
174000
2000
03:08
So we think that there is something interestingמעניין we can do here.
68

03:11
