00:37
but I'm here to tell you a little bit about self-driving自駕車 cars汽車.

22000
3000
00:40
I saw the concept概念 first
10
25000
2000
00:42
in the DARPADARPA Grand盛大 Challenges挑戰
11
27000
2000
00:44
where the U.S. government政府 issued發行 a prize
12

2000
00:46
to build建立 a self-driving自駕車 car汽車 that could navigate導航 a desert沙漠.
13
31000
3000
00:49
And even though雖然 a hundred teams球隊 were there,

3000
00:52
these cars汽車 went nowhere無處.
15
37000
3000
00:55
So we decided決定 at Stanford斯坦福 to build建立 a different不同 self-driving自駕車 car汽車.
16
40000
3000
00:58
We built內置 the hardware硬件 and the software軟件.
17
43000
3000
01:01
We made製作 it learn學習 from us,
18
46000
2000
01:03
and we set it free自由 in the desert沙漠.
19

01:20
Since以來, our work has focused重點
25
65000
3000
01:23
on building建造 driving主動 cars汽車
26
68000
2000
01:25
that can drive駕駛 anywhere隨地 by themselves他們自己 --
27
70000
3000

01:33
Our cars汽車 have sensors傳感器
30
78000
3000
01:36
by which哪一個 they magically神奇 can see
31
81000
3000
01:39
everything around them

01:46
It's the perfect完善 driving主動 mechanism機制.
35
91000

01:49
We've我們已經 driven驅動 in cities城市,
36
94000
2000
01:51
like in San Francisco弗朗西斯科 here.

02:04
the car汽車 just drives驅動器 itself本身.
42
109000
2000
02:06
In fact事實, while we drove開車 140,000 miles英里,
43

3000
