In mostpaling musicmusik, we think of the "one"

Dalam musik, kita selalu menggangap "satu"

as the downbeatdownbeat, the beginningawal of the musicalmusikal phrasefrasa: one, two, threetiga, fourempat.
40

sebagai pembukaan lagu, awal mula dari kalimat musikal. Satu, dua tiga empat.
02:05
But in WestBarat AfricanAfrika musicmusik, the "one"
41

Tapi di musik Afrika Barat "satu"
02:07
is thought of as the endakhir of the phrasefrasa,
42
112000
2000
diketahui sebagai akhir dari kalimatnya,
02:09
like the periodperiode at the endakhir of a sentencekalimat.
43
114000
2000
seperti periode diakhir sebuah kalimat.
02:11
So, you can hearmendengar it not just in the phrasingungkapan, but the way they countmenghitung off theirmereka musicmusik:
44

Jadi, anda bisa mendengar itu bukan hanya di kalimat notasinya, tapi dari cara mereka menghitung musik mereka.
02:13
two, threetiga, fourempat, one.
45

3000
Dua, tiga, empat, satu.
