Tuan-tuan dan puan-puan di TED
00:17
we talk a lot about leadershipkepimpinan and how to make a movementpergerakan.
1
2000
3000
kita banyak berbicara mengenai kepimpinan dan bagaimana memulakan sebuah gerakan.
00:20
So let's watch a movementpergerakan happenberlaku, startmulakan to finishselesai, in underdi bawah threetiga minutesminit
2
5000
3000
00:23
and dissectmembedah some lessonspengajaran from it.
3
8000
3000
dan ambil iktibar daripadanya.
00:26
First, of coursekursus you know, a leaderKetua needskeperluan the gutskeberanian
4
11000
2000
Pertama, tentu anda tahu, seorang pemimpin perlu berani
00:28
to standberdiri out and be ridiculeddipersenda.
5
13000
3000
untuk menonjolkan diri dan diperkecilkan.
00:32
But what he's doing is so easymudah to followikuti.
6
17000
2000
00:34
So here'sdi sini his first followerpengikut with a crucialpenting roleperanan;
7
19000
3000
00:37
he's going to showtunjukkan everyonesemua orang elselain how to followikuti.
8
22000
2000
00:39
Now, noticenotis that the leaderKetua embracesmerangkumi him as an equalsama.
9
24000
2000
00:41
So, now it's not about the leaderKetua anymorelagi;
10
26000
2000
Jadi, sekarang bukan lagi mengenai pemimpin itu;
00:43
it's about them, pluralmajmuk.
11
28000
2000
ia mengenai mereka, secara jemaah.
00:45
Now, there he is callingmemanggil to his friendskawan-kawan.
12
30000
2000
Sekarang, lihat itu, dia memanggil kawan-kawannya.
00:47
Now, if you noticenotis that the first followerpengikut
13
32000
2000
Sekarang, jika anda perasan, pengikut yang pertama
00:49
is actuallysebenarnya an underestimateddiremehkan formborang of leadershipkepimpinan in itselfsendiri.
14
34000
4000
00:53
It takes gutskeberanian to standberdiri out like that.
15
38000
2000
00:55
The first followerpengikut is what transformsmengubah
16
40000
3000
Pengikut yang pertama yang menjadikan
00:58
a lonelone nutkacang into a leaderKetua.
17
43000
2000
seseorang "tidak waras" itu menjadi pemimpin.
01:00
(LaughterGelak ketawa)
18
45000
2000
(Ketawa)
01:02
(ApplauseTepukan)
19
47000
3000
(Tepuk tangan)
01:05
And here comesdatang a secondkedua followerpengikut.
20
50000
2000
Nampaknya pengikut kedua menyertai mereka.
01:07
Now it's not a lonelone nutkacang, it's not two nutskacang --
21
52000
2000
Sekarang bukan seorang, bukan dua orang,
01:09
threetiga is a crowdorang ramai, and a crowdorang ramai is newsberita.
22
54000
3000
01:12
So a movementpergerakan mustmestilah be publicawam.
23
57000
2000
Jadi, sebuah gerakan mesti berada di khalayak umum.
01:14
It's importantpenting to showtunjukkan not just to showtunjukkan the leaderKetua, but the followerspengikut-pengikut,
24
59000
3000
01:17
because you find that newbaru followerspengikut-pengikut
25
62000
2000
sebab anda dapati pengikut yang baru
01:19
emulatemencontohi the followerspengikut-pengikut, not the leaderKetua.
26
64000
3000
akan mencontohi pengikut, bukan pemimpinya.
01:22
Now, here come two more people, and immediatelysegera after,
27
67000
2000
01:24
threetiga more people.
28
69000
2000
tiga orang lagi.
01:26
Now we'vekami sudah got momentummomentum. This is the tippingtip pointtitik.
29
71000
2000
Kini kita sudah ada momentum. Inilah detik penentuya.
01:28
Now we'vekami sudah got a movementpergerakan.
30
73000
3000
Kini sebuah gerakan telah wujud.
01:32
So, noticenotis that, as more people joinmenyertai in,
31
77000
2000
Perhatikan, semakin ramai orang menyertainya,
01:34
it's lesskurang riskyberisiko.
32
79000
2000
semakin kurang risikonya.
01:36
So those that were sittingduduk on the fencepagar before, now have no reasonsebab not to.
33
81000
3000
01:39
They won'ttidak akan standberdiri out,
34
84000
2000
Mereka tidak akan terserlah.
01:41
they won'ttidak akan be ridiculeddipersenda,
35
86000
2000
Mereka tidak akan diejek.
01:43
but they will be partbahagian of the in-crowddi khalayak ramai if they hurrytergesa-gesa.
36
88000
2000
01:45
(LaughterGelak ketawa)
37
90000
3000
(Ketawa)
01:48
So, over the nextseterusnya minuteminit,
38
93000
2000
Jadi, dalam beberapa minit lagi
01:50
you'llawak akan see all of those that preferlebih suka to sticktongkat with the crowdorang ramai
39
95000
2000
01:52
because eventuallyakhirnya they would be ridiculeddipersenda
40
97000
2000
sebab akhirnya mereka akan diejek
01:54
for not joiningmenyertai in.
41
99000
2000
kerana tidak ikut serta.
01:56
And that's how you make a movementpergerakan.
42
101000
2000
dan begitulah bagaimana anda memulakan sebuah gerakan.
01:58
But let's recappenggulung some lessonspengajaran from this.
43
103000
2000
02:00
So first, if you are the typejenis,
44
105000
3000
Pertama, jika anda jenis orang,
02:03
like the shirtlessshirtless dancingmenari guy that is standingberdiri alonesahaja,
45
108000
3000
02:06
rememberingat the importancepentingnya of nurturingmemupuk
46
111000
2000
ingatlah pentingnya memupuk
02:08
your first fewbeberapa followerspengikut-pengikut as equalssama dengan
47
113000
2000
beberapa orang pengikut awal anda supaya setaraf dengan anda
02:10
so it's clearlyjelas about the movementpergerakan, not you.
48
115000
3000
02:13
Okay, but we mightmungkin have missedterlepas the realsebenar lessonpelajaran here.
49
118000
3000
02:16
The biggestterbesar lessonpelajaran, if you noticedperasan --
50
121000
2000
Iktibar yang terbesar, jika anda perasan --
02:18
did you catchtangkapan it? -- is that leadershipkepimpinan
51
123000
2000
anda dapat saksikan -- ialah kepimpinan
02:20
is over-glorifiedterlalu mengagungkan.
52
125000
2000
sesuatu yang terlampau diagung-agungkan,
02:22
That, yes, it was the shirtlessshirtless guy who was first,
53
127000
2000
02:24
and he'lldia akan get all the creditkredit,
54
129000
2000
dan dia patut mendapat pujian,
02:26
but it was really the first followerpengikut
55
131000
2000
tetapi hakikatnya pengikut yang pertama itulah
02:28
that transformedberubah the lonelone nutkacang into a leaderKetua.
56
133000
3000
02:31
So, as we're told that we should all be leaderspemimpin,
57
136000
2000
Jadi, dalam masa kita semua digesa menjadi pemimpin,
02:33
that would be really ineffectivetidak berkesan.
58
138000
2000
ia tidak akan mendatangkan kesan,
02:35
If you really carepenjagaan about startingbermula a movementpergerakan,
59
140000
2000
Jika anda berazam mahu memulakan sebuah gerakan,
02:37
have the couragekeberanian to followikuti
60
142000
2000
beranikan diri untuk mengikuti
02:39
and showtunjukkan otherslain-lain how to followikuti.
61
144000
2000
dan menunjukkan orang lain bagaimana menjadi pengikut.
02:41
And when you find a lonelone nutkacang doing something great,
62
146000
2000
Bila anda jumpa orang yang melakukan sesuatu yang hebat seorang diri,
02:43
have the gutskeberanian to be the first one
63
148000
2000
beranikan diri untuk menjadi orang yang pertama
02:45
to standberdiri up and joinmenyertai in.
64
150000
2000
ke depan dan bersama-samanya.
02:47
And what a perfectsempurna placetempat to do that, at TEDTED.
65
152000
2000
02:49
ThanksTerima kasih.
66
154000
